This equipment is primarily used for the treatment of domestic sewage in residential communities (including villa districts), high-end hotels, hospitals, office buildings, and various public buildings. The effluent quality after treatment meets national discharge standards.

The entire system can be buried underground, hence it is also referred to as “Underground Domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment.”

Our company’s underground domestic sewage treatment equipment adopts internationally advanced biological treatment technology, integrating the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N. It features stable and reliable technical performance, excellent treatment efficiency, cost-effectiveness, compact footprint, and easy maintenance.


Equipment features:

  1. Buried underground, allowing the surface above to be used for greening or other purposes without the need for construction, heating, or insulation.
  2. The biological contact oxidation process employs a plug-flow design, which delivers superior treatment results compared to completely mixed or two-stage series completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. It also occupies less space than activated sludge tanks, exhibits strong adaptability to water quality, excellent shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and avoids sludge bulking. The tank utilizes a new type of combined filler with a large surface area, facilitating microbial biofilm attachment and detachment. Under the same organic load conditions, it achieves high organic removal rates and enhances oxygen solubility in water.
  3. The biochemical tank uses the biological contact oxidation method, with a relatively low volumetric load on the filler. Microorganisms remain in the endogenous respiration phase, resulting in minimal sludge production. Sludge removal is required only once every three months (90 days or more) (via suction truck or dewatering into sludge cakes for transport).
  4. The deodorization method for this underground sewage treatment equipment includes conventional high-altitude exhaust as well as soil deodorization measures.
  5. The entire treatment system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and a device fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, no dedicated personnel are needed for daily management, only periodic maintenance and servicing.
